Happy Fantastic Friday, you Fabulous Folks!

Oh, Fudge. I just broke my own rule, which is to Always Avoid Alliteration.

This Fabulous Friday, my word for the day is *drumroll, please* FORGETFULNESS. (Thank you, Madam Menopause.)

Since turning Fifty, I have been seriously hit with Fatigue and brain Fog.

Flushes, Fatigue, Frequent-urination, and brain Fog are currently my least favourite F-words. Menopause is not Fun, nor is it for the Feeble.

Nevertheless, I am quite determined to Focus on the positive. Those of you who know me best can attest to my love of the letter F. So, in this Frame of mind, have drawn up a couple of F-related MaximaLISTICLES for you.
